Happy, Happy, Happy Holidays!

The Chronicler once again did daily videos that she posted on Facebook celebrating the New York Christmas. She posted 30 truly lovely vignettes and has been combining them into videos with music.

Your Chronicler has created a Merry Christmas, 2015! page because the six videos from her holiday wanderings are so much fun they should not get lost in the blog archives. We'll give you one here.

The first is one of Chronicler's favorites, for it features Woody Wood Duck's letter to Santa Claus.

Dear Santa, Please Drop By Central Park. Another Silly Video by Susan Kirby. I posted 30 videos this year of Christmas in New York on Facebook, and will now post compilations on YouTube with music. This first video is Woody the Wood Duck's letter to Santa, with other Central Park residents adding their wishes.

Chronicler also paid tribute to PM and her offspring, Amethyst, by naming her 2015 tree after the red and purple young female Monster. She created a video in the tree's honor.

Another Silly Video by Susan Kirby. A video ode to the Chronicler's 2015 Christmas tree, which she named Amethyst after a PM Saga character, Geranium Amethyst, one of Purple Monster's twin monsters. Amethyst was a beautiful fir, and she made the Upper West Side hovel sparkle for weeks before and weeks after Christmas.
