Spring and Summer Flowers 2026

Both Spring and Summer 2026 brought such glorious bouquets of flowers, beginning with the tulips and continuing through the multitude of floral delights seen all across the New York area as the temperatures rose and we craved the brilliant summer colors. Summer Blossoms, With Butterflies and Bees

Bees and butterflies, and the dragonflies and lady bugs that hover around, are great subjects for summer photography, especially when they can be photographed against the gorgeous backdrop of sunflowers and dahlias.

Spring brings such a wide variety of flowers. I am always enchanted by the dogwood blossoms, the magnolia fireworks, the irises and all the field flowers I get to see.
