I haven’t posted that many recipes to date, but I’ve decided to start a page to encourage myself to post more. I am posting them as PDF’s that you can print out and use when you get a craving.

Banana Bread

I adapted my recipe for banana bread from one posted on Simply Recipes. I add dried cranberries and pecan pieces, but I’m sure you can come up with other variations. You can find the banana bread recipe by clicking on the photo below or clicking here.

Pasta With Garlic Olive Oil and Artichoke Hearts

A few years back I went on a diet and lost about 40 pounds. While I have since put some of those pounds back on (my sweet tooth takes over, see banana bread above and snowball cookies below), I don’t blame this dish, which I think has a nice balance of vegetables and carbohydrates. I have lost the original PDF, but will post again when I find it.

Snowball Cookies

My favorite dessert ever, made each year at Christmas. The recipe goes back at least 65 years.
